BOOKING PROTOCOL

Sura Detox Retreats is the trading name of Detox Retreats Ltd.

Sura Detox will appear on your bank statement for all purchases made through this site.

All prices on the site are in Pounds Sterling

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

As we work with a limited number of people on each retreat, it is important that your reservation be a binding contract between us.

A deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking a retreat, and the balance is due to be paid 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

If the balance has not been paid 2 weeks prior to retreat start without prior arrangement, we may need to rebook your place to make sure retreat remains full.
So please communicate with us promptly if you need to change your retreat date, or cancel, and we will do our best to assist you, otherwise you may lose your booking and your deposit.

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & CANCELLATIONS

Retreat Transfer

• Until 4 weeks prior to a retreat, you can switch retreat dates without any penalty.

• Within 4 weeks of the retreat start, you can only move to another retreat once we have re-booked your space.

• We will do all we can to assist in this process by opening your place to be booked on the website again.
  We will also offer it to our waiting list for that retreat.
  As the date draws close, the likelihood of someone taking the space falls, but we can still offer it to our Last Minute list, in which people can make you an offer - usually around half the value of the room - this amount will stand as the deposit onto your future retreat.
  All of these options are a gamble, and so we advise that you are certain of your capacity to make the retreat dates before you book, and consider taking out travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

• If your space is not refilled we will not be able to offer a refund of either your deposit of full payment.

Retreat Cancellation

• Until 4 weeks prior to a retreat, a full refund will be made available upon request.

• Within 4 weeks of the retreat start, a full refund will be available only once we have re-booked your space.

• We will do all we can to assist in this process by opening your place to be booked on the website once again, and offering it to our waiting list.
  As the date draws close, the likelihood of someone taking the space falls, but we can still offer it to our Last Minute list, in which people can make you an offer - usually around half the value of the room - this is the amount that will be returned to you.
